Templates for Supernote
Every templated.shop product ships as a dedicated Supernote edition, sized to the exact panel of your device, so planners and notebooks fill the screen with no grey bars. Fully hyperlinked, vector-crisp on e-ink, and delivered the moment you buy.
Made for your exact Supernote screen
Supernote's writing tablets are all 4:3, so the standard 445×594pt page fills them edge to edge, but they are not all the same panel. The A5X is 1404×1872 at 226 ppi and the Manta is 1920×2560 at 300 ppi, a genuinely sharper screen. Because our pages are vector rather than images, one file covers both and simply renders finer on the Manta. The Nomad shares the same 4:3 shape and takes the same file.

How your Supernote handles PDF files
- Getting the file on
- Via USB, Supernote Cloud, or a linked Dropbox or Google Drive. Step-by-step below.
- Tap links
- Tap-to-jump works in Document view, and hyperlinked PDF planners are widely used on the A5X and Manta. Supernote documents single-tap link navigation for its own notebooks; we have not found a first-party statement covering imported PDFs specifically, so we would rather say that plainly than overstate it.
- Duplicating a page
- No. Supernote's copy, insert and delete page commands operate on native .note files, not on imported PDFs. Each edition ships an extra notes page behind every day and week so the space is already there.
Across the devices we sell to: reMarkable can duplicate a page inside a PDF; Kindle Scribe and Kobo cannot; Boox can insert a blank page but not copy an existing one.
Device behaviour verified against Supernote’s documentation, July 2026.
Getting a planner onto your Supernote
- Copy the PDF across by USB, or drop it into Supernote Cloud or your linked Dropbox/Google Drive folder.
- On the device, open it from Document.
- Write on it with the pen anywhere on the page.
What goes wrong
- Open it in Document, not Note. Note is for Supernote's own .note files; a PDF opened outside Document view loses the behaviour you bought it for, links included.
- Tap links with your finger rather than the pen if a tap does not register.
How we know this
We build and test the files, not the tablets. Everything above about how your Supernote handles PDFs comes from Supernote’s own documentation, checked in July 2026. We don’t own every device on this page and won’t pretend to.
What we do test is the file. Every page is rendered at the panel’s true pixel resolution before release, and every internal link is resolved automatically: 18,904 of them in the 888-page daily planner, none broken. If something behaves differently on your device, tell us and we’ll correct this page.
Supernote questions
Does one file cover the A5X, the Manta and the Nomad?
Yes. They differ in size and sharpness (the Manta's 1920×2560 panel is considerably finer than the A5X's 1404×1872), but all three are 4:3, and the pages are vector rather than fixed-resolution images. The same file fills each screen and renders to whatever that panel can resolve.
Why does it matter whether I open it in Document or Note?
Note is Supernote's own notebook format. Document is where imported PDFs live, and it is where the page renders as built and the tap links work. Opening the planner outside Document view is the usual cause of it feeling inert.
Can I write anywhere on the page?
Yes, the pen works freely across the page in Document view. The layouts leave deliberate open space for that rather than filling every line with pre-printed structure.
Can I duplicate a page inside the planner?
Not for an imported PDF: Supernote's page commands apply to native .note files. That is why every edition already carries an extra notes page behind each day and each week.
Which edition should I buy for a Supernote?
The Supernote edition. It is the greyscale 4:3 build, tuned for the mono Carta panels these devices use, and it is the same geometry the A5X, Manta and Nomad all share.
All 7 Supernote editions are above. See the full catalog or ask us a question.
