What you’re buying

All products are digital files (PDF, delivered as zip downloads). No physical product will be shipped. Each product edition names the device(s) it is designed for; compatibility information on the product page forms part of the product description.

Checkout and delivery

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”), who acts as merchant of record. Polar is the reseller of the product and the seller on your receipt, and handles payment, applicable sales taxes and file delivery. Your download link arrives by email after payment and remains available through Polar’s customer portal.

Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or claim authorship of the files or derivatives of them. Commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under any applicable consumer protection law where you live.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
