Refund policy

Last updated 25 July 2026. The short version: our products are digital, so there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations, but if a file doesn’t work on the device its edition names, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

When we refund

• The file doesn’t display or navigate correctly on a device the edition explicitly covers, and we can’t fix it promptly.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Wrong device edition

Bought a template for the wrong device? Don’t worry, contact us and we’ll simply give you the correct edition.

Change of mind & cancellations

Because the products are digital files delivered instantly, we don’t accept order cancellations, and we generally can’t offer change-of-mind refunds once files have been downloaded. If something about the product genuinely isn’t what the listing described, that’s not change of mind, tell us and we’ll put it right.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection law where you live, which provides guarantees that can’t be excluded. Refunds, when granted, are processed by Polar (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method.
