Will this fit my device?
Every product is sold as device-specific editions: reMarkable 2 & Paper Pure, reMarkable Paper Pro, Paper Pro Move, Kindle Scribe, Supernote, Boox and Kobo. Each edition is shaped to that device's exact screen, so it fills the panel edge-to-edge with no grey bars. Each device page lists the exact panels its edition covers.
How do I get my files after buying?
Checkout is handled by Polar. Within a minute of paying you'll receive a receipt email containing your personal download link, and you can re-download any time from the Polar customer portal linked in that email. We never ship physical products.
What exactly is in a download?
A zip of PDF files covering every layout option. For planners that's Monday/Sunday week start × 24-hour/12-hour clock × right/left-handed navigation tabs × dotted or lined writing surfaces. Load the file that matches how you work; they're all included.
How do the hyperlinks work?
Every page is internally linked: tap a month in the year view to open it, a day in the month to jump to that day, and the persistent navigation to move anywhere. Every internal link is verified automatically at true device resolution before release.
How do I install a template on my device?
Import the PDF the way your device expects documents, and open it as a document rather than a system template. The template path flattens the page and the hyperlinks stop working. The step-by-step for each device, including what usually goes wrong, is on that device's page.
My taps aren't following the links.
Nine times out of ten you're tapping with the pen. On essentially every e-ink tablet, internal PDF links respond to a finger tap, while the pen writes instead. On Kindle Scribe the pen only follows links with the pointer tool selected. The other common cause is the file being loaded as a device template rather than opened as a document.
I bought the wrong device edition.
No problem. Reply to your receipt email or contact us and we'll get you the right edition at no charge.
Can I get a refund?
If a file doesn't work on the device its edition names, we'll fix it or refund you. See our refund policy for the details.
